Hello all, I am using a the newest Asterisk-now "AsteriskNow 1.7.0 i386/asterisknow32.iso" distribution and can connect our X-Lite soft phone to the network. I am trying to connect 3 Mitel 5020 phones but I cannot register to the system. I used the configuration setup as described on the tread thread1329-1317904 but I get no dial tone or anything. Here is my Mitel setup:

Set Static IP Param: #=Yes
Input VLAN: I have blank
Input Priority: I have blank
Input IP address: 192.168.15.137
Input PDA address:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
Subnet mask :255.255.255.0
Gatway:192.168.1.1 (router address)
Input RTC address: 192.168.15.3 (Asterisk free pbx)
INPUT TFTP: 192.168.15.3 (Asterisk free pbx)
INPUT TFTP Port:69
Input DNS address: 192.168.1.1
Input WINS Address:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
input Proxy Address: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
input Proxy address: I have blank
Jitter Buffer: No
Technician IP address:I have blank
Store IN NVRAM: =Yes

Is registration possible for this phone model to this PBX system?

5020 doesn't support SIP. You need a 5055 - if you want that style of a phone.

Look for a phone with "dual mode" on 52xx series or try the new 53xx series which I believe are all dual mode.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.
