Is it possible to disable the Star(*) key when someone is leaving a voicemail? I have a user who works for a side company that doesn't need his callers to be able to reach our greater companies directory. I have disabled "Play Recording Instructions" and set "Dial-0 Destination Type = None". However at the end of the message the user can still hit * and find their way to the directory. Can this be disabled?

Thanks in advance.

You could associate the call with a Call Routing Mailbox instead of directly to the Mailbox itself. You would have full control of the digits that can be dialed.

The greeting would need to be done differently but other than that, it would solve your issue.
