Mitel 5000 VM to Email with Yahoo email address 1

I am struggling to setup VM to Email on a Mitel 5000 Ver 6.0 system.
could someone please assist me.

Do you have access to MOL there is a bulletin 09-2024-00001 that will help you.

thanks for the reply. i`ve tried that. even it hasn't worked.

Yes plenty of times but you havent stated how you are trying to acheieve this?

Are you trying to use an exchange server for example?

Log into the web portal for the 5000 and look for the log called mail.mainlog there may be a few so look for one with the closet date/time. This should tell you why it doesnt work.

sorry i should have given you the details.
yes i`ve tried both hosted mail account and a Gmail account with Enhanced Integration.

i had a look at the logs but couldn't find anything.
i can attach the logs if you happy to have a look.
