Can calls on the 5000 be routed based on incoming caller id? i messed with it a little bit in the call routing tables but had no luck.
scenario is this:
customer is geting calls from a number they wish to route to a hang up prompt. they know the caller id but not how to route them to the hang up app.
They have a PRI.
is this possible?
