I am having an issue getting the 5000 UVM to email option working on the system. The customer is using gmail with @theirdomain.com. I put in the smtp.gmail.com tried servers 465, 587, and 25 none seem to work. The box I setup voice@theirdomain.com is not receiving anything from the system to even send back to the individuals. I activated imap and for the mail server I set it as imap.gmail.com. Not sure what I am missing.

From the release notes:

Release 5.0 of the 5000 CP added the ability to forward received voice mail messages as .mp3 or .wav encoded files to an email inbox. Although most email servers were able receive 5000 CP generated voice messages without problem, there are some email services, such as Gmail, that required encrypted SMTP messaging to complete this task. To address this incompatibility, release 5.1 has added messaging encryption to forwarded voice messages.

So it looks like you need to be V5.1 to send via Gmail
