Hi everyone, having a bit of trouble getting voip working on my mitel 5000. It is registering with the sip provider ok but when I try to make a call I can see both audio ports being opened on the firewall but just got a long delay before a no response message. I did some packet sniffing and found a 'proxy authentication failure' response. After speaking to the sip provider they confirmed that the realm is being presented incorrectly when initiating a call, it is being presented as the local ip of the mitel instead of <accountname>@<fqdn>. Does anyone know how to change what is presented to the sip carrier or is this a limitation that means I can't use the provider I want?
