Mitel 5000 screened transfer

When I receive a screened transfer call, I press # to accept the call and then I had to press the "call key" to be able get the call.
Is there a way I can receive the call as soon as I accept the call by pressing # and not have to press the "call key" to receive the screened transfer call?

No; the screened announcement and the call are separate IC/CO calls, so you have to press the call key or hookflash if you have Auto-Answer CO on. I usually train my end-users to answer the screen via speaker phone, then when the call comes through, they just lift the handset to answer (Auto-Answer CO - On).
