Mitel 5000 outgoing calls questions

Depends what your Outgoing Extn is set at in associated extensions.
If you dial 92000 it goes via ARS, if you press 8 it goes via whatever is programmed as your outgoing extn, this could be set as 92000 as well, alternatively it could be set to access a trunk group directly.
