Mitel 5000 not able to back up or launch DB programming 1

For some reason I am not able to back up or launch DB programming. When I try to launch DB programming it starts opening up then goes away. Is this b/c we did not renew the SWA? Thanks

No, it doesn't matter if you have SWA or not.
