Mitel 5000 lines not disconnecting

I have a mitel 5000, and having issues with loop start trunks not releasing. I work for local telco, and each line has COD. Any ideas?

Disconnect cleaqr time is incorrect; check what the telco requires and set your local end to the same.

I am assuming the change would be made under "timers and Limits" but what option would you change? Thanks for your help.

system disconnect clear timer needs to be changed to match the telco's disconnect clear timer; they can tell you what it is im milli seconds. Sorry don't know the option on the 5000. Search the help file for disconnect clear timer?
