Mitel 5000 .ISL File

is there a way to download the .isl file from an existing mitel 5000? I have full admin rights and own the system but in case of a major failure, I know I will need this file to import into the 5000 at the time of the rebuild. I cant get it from the provider because they went out of business.

I don't know for sure but I doubt very much if you can extract it.

Also, if the system fails to the point that the Flash Card is corrupted then the license file is useless anyway as it is tied to the specific flash card ID

Your best bet is to find another vendor in your area and transfer the account records to the new vendor.

It doesn't matter if your current vendor is active or not. Mitel doesn't care. They will follow your direction on what vendor you want to serve your needs.

Mitel's only requirement is that the vendor is certified on your product and in good standing.
