Mitel 5000 internal ring query

I did the 5000 course approx 18 months ago and haven't looked at one since !

However I am now configuring the first one, so apologise in advance as there may be some simple questions coming up !

The first one is how do I change the system so that the phones ring audibly more than once when being rung internally, they keep "ringing" and can be answered, just no sound ?. No external lines yet so cant test

They keep ringing with no sound?? If Handsfree is disabled, endpoints should ring until answered or system forwarding kicks in. If Handsfree is enabled, endpoints should provide an alert ring, then come over the speaker.

They keep ringing with no sound (caller hears ringing) The ringing phone only "audibly" rings once, although the phone is still ringing.

This appears to be the "default" database state.

After the one audible ring, does the phone continue to show a visual indication that a call is being presented? Such as a flashing button? What does the display look like when you call this extension?

The default is to burst through onto speaker after a brief alert, ticking "Ring Intercom always On/Off" for all users sorts that out normally

Camp-on Tone timer (the default is 15 seconds). Change it to 5
