Does anyone know of a method by which I can keep my voice processor applications from appearing in the Intercom Directory.

Whenever i dial 307 (directory feature code) i pick the option of I/C. instead of just the active extensions, i also get my call routing announcements, the record a call, voicemail, etc. All i want is the active extensions.

Anyone have any ideas.

I tried to create extension ID's for the applications and tell them they are unlisted, but i guess that only applies to the voicemail directory.

You are correct. The "unlisted" option is for dial by name in voicemail.

I've played with putting a "z" or a tilde "~" in front of the names in the database for my CRA's, Hunt Group's, Phntms, etc... with mixed results. I don't know of any way to hide them totally.
