Mitel 5000 HX version 6.0 in Germany

we have shipped a 5000 system to Germany and cant get the ISDN to work..
do i have to do any additional or different config to UK.

Is the 5000 available in Germany? i thought only the 3300... Please comment, I am interested in one for Spain

The ISDN's in the UK and Germany are the same. The ISDN Delivered in Germany is compatible with UK Exchanges such as DMS100 etc.

What are you experiencing and what setup parameters do you have?

Thanks for the reply. we have the exact same setup like we do in the UK. I'm just wondering whether i need to anything different to that. For Ex Fixed 0 could be different that sort of a thing.
BTW i have tried Auto as well. It didn`t work.
we can see the BRM 2`s are online are online from the SAD tool. But when they try to dial out they get a busy tone after they press 9.
when we fire a call in there is a recording saying that all the lines are busy.

Im not sure about that. we shipped over one from UK. According to our research 5000 should work there.
