Just wondering if the customer has caller ID on the telco copper trunks... is there a setting in the system that we need to turn on to make sure it displays on our 8568/8528 phones???
Caller ID is not enabled by default on Loop Start ports; go into System/Devices and Feature Codes/Trunks, service type is set to None, click on None and you will get a Caller ID drop down option. Do this for all copper trunks.
