hi does anyone know how to remove the transfer info off of the display when a outside call hits a cra and then is transferred to a extension?the caller name id is displayed and under that it displays "tfr from ext 2505" which is the cra number.once the handset is lifted then the display shows the name and number and does not show transfer info.thank you
