We are planning to add another DID. We already have one programmend 7500 with the number being 513- 457-7500 and we are adding another 7500 but its 513-273-7500. I am no expert and every other time we have added a DID they are different Numbers. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Kipp

No tech tip, but a practical one.
Request a numbeeblock of 10 or 100, the amount of numbers you need.
Its always a pain in the ass to remember your internal number plan.
If you also have to remember your external one...you are a memory master
always request different (unique) numbers (at the end/ same as your internal plan)
So, what you want can be done, but makes it complicated to remember the numbers.
For now I would advice you to better request am other number. Asking is free and It would surprise me if they charge you for that.
