Mitel 5000 DECT

Hi Guys

I don't do work Mitel but I have been asked to provide a DECT system on a Mitel 5000 system
I have looked on their web site and could only find a DECT system for the MCD/3300
So I was just wondering what you guys would recommend for the Mitel 5000

Ascom DECT will be compatible with Mitel 5000 software version 6.
Otherwise I think the Polycom/Kirk solutions are compatible.

I take it they use a sip connection to the mitel

correct, there are some enhancements on the SIP licences in version 6.
I expect this will be formally released the back end of this year, unsure if you could wait this long or whether you need something "tomorrow"

It will be a couple of months before I have to install this by which time I hope to have gone on the install course for the 5000

Probably not license related enhancements, more feature integration related enhancements.
