I have a remote location where I am attempting to set up some 20 Mitel 5320e phones connected back to our other offices Mitel 5000 unit. Everything does work and I can dial out and receive fine. There are no other uses in this remote office (it is still under construction). I am the only occupant, so there is very little traffic. The problem I am having is at random intervals while I am on the phone, the line will go silent, then there will be a busy signal for 3 beeps, then the line will come back with the other person still connected. I have set up QOS on both ends (the new building is running a Fortinet Firewall and the old one a Netgear NVS318). I have set up bandwidth profiles, I have connected the phones thru VPN, attempted Teleworker THROUGH the VPN and through the internet, set the phones up on the mitel as remote. Nothing I do seems to stop this. I have started a call from my cell phone and it fine for 15 min, an hour, whatever, but it does happen eventually. I see nothing on the firewall's. And as I said, it happens going through Teleworker through the internet. On the Mitel System Admin & Diag screen, I have the System Output open and Live. Any advice is appreciated. The ONLY message I get is "Lost connection to Message Print" then some of the phones show up as off-line, then back online:

When the problem occurs can you ping the system?

Sounds like the phones are losing connection and if your PC is also losing connection to Message Print it also can't reach the system.

You can see by the timestamps, its to sporadic. The PC is sitting in the same room on the same switch as the Phone System, while the phones are in a different location miles away connected by VPN. I didn't set up the Phone system or switches and we will be moving out of that building in 2 months, so I don't want to destabilize anything.
