Mitel 5000 Conferencing

I have a customer that regularly exceeds 60 minutes using their embedded conferencing server.

At 60 minutes, the system interupts the call and advises for someone to press a digit to continue the conference.

Then it reminds every 15 minutes thereafter.

I found a timer in the Meet Me Conference sections for 15 minutes that I extended to the max but I'm wondering if anyone knows if the reminder can just be turned off altogether.

Today a call was cut off and the reaction was fairly extreme.

Go to on-line monitor. Conference-Related Information/Meet-Me Conferencing and extend the "Minumum All-External-Party Allowance Timer". It is default at 60 minutes.

I never thought to check the hidden options.

Interesting maximum value on that timer. 2^[sup]15[/sup] (Almost 23 days)

I bumped it to 240 min, should do the trick.

BTW, I had the site developers fix your history. I was jealous of your 4 stars in 3 replies stats.

Now it's 4 stars in 63 replies, I can live with that. Not that it's a competition or anything, but at the rate you were showing, I was nervous of my top seeding
