Mitel 5000 Call history for duration of call

I have a lawyers office interested in purchasing a 5000.

Other than SMDR, is there any feature that an individual user can use to easily determine call duration on a recent call.

This has to be accessible at the user level.

Date/Time of call yes.
Duration, mmm.... don't think so.
I'll let the 5000 experts chime in though.
 
Thanks sarond but unless the mitel forum has changed, it does not notify you of responses like Tek Tips does. Too much effort required to keep checking in.

It does look like you can modify your notifications in your profile settings.
I don't use it though.
 
Not possible natively on the 5000 unless you put the System Admin and Diagnostics software on everyones PCs, they could then tell from the SMDR tab, this also shows Account Codes of they are using them.

The other way is to use Xarios Phone Manager, all calls are listed with start, end and duration in the All Calls tab.

This software is supplied free with every 5000 in the UK, not sure what the case is in other parts of the world.
