Mitel 5000 Cabling/Patch Panel

We are cabling our new suite and want to get rid of the 66 and 110 blocks for phone cabling. Is there a way to connect the Mitel 5000 and CS5400 to Patch Panels?

Basically looking for a pigtal go to from the Mitel box to the patch panels.

Any ideas?

You should be able to find patch panels that would take the 25 pair from the 5000. Then it would be patch to patch.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.
