We have an intertel axxess phone system as well as two nodes of Mitel 5000. We are using Micollab voice mail as well. One of our areas uses the MiCollab call flow to route calls to specific people and it will randomly decide not to ring where the users have selected. Recently, when customers called the number they were routed straight to a mail box that isn't associated with their department. Has anyone else had issues with this happening?
