Trying to set this up, but don't understand the interpretation the system makes of the dialed digits.
To make sure I don't trip on something else I programmed, I defaulted the database. Now, if I put my extension in forced/toll long distance calls, I get asked for an account code if I dial LD, local, but not toll free numbers.
If I put my area code in the house area code column, I can dial local (XXX), but toll to that area code (1-XXX)also goes through. I've been going all through the ARS, and can't find anywhere the place that let the system know that 800, 888, etc are toll free, but 1900 is not. BTW, I have no CoS or restrictions of any kind on my phone. I've tried (before defaulting) to modify the ARS so that local would be my area code, local LD would be 800 numbers, and any 1-XXX not 800 be LD, but something doesn't work here.
