Mitel 5000 6.0.10 voicemail corruption

customer has a 5000 6.0.10 with alarm 27 (VM APP CORRUPTED). It shows the voicemail, the mailboxes, recordings, etc, but voicemail can't be dialed from a phone. I disabled and reenabled the voicemail without success. Rebooting the system brings the alarm back. Any other ideas?

Had this a few times only two things have fixed it upgrade the software to a newer build and it can reinstalled the VM apps or replace the CF card

If its not broke tweak it..
