Mitel 5000 5.1 CID issue

Customer has a new Mitel 5000 5.1 HX with loop start lines. Call is answered via STAR and routed to a hunt group. No CID is showing up on the customer's 8568 digital set even though it has been verified that the CO Lines have CID. What am I missing?

Make sure your service type is "Caller ID" in your trunk settings.
