I have a Mitel 5000 4.0 with a problem setting up account codes. I set the Account Code type to Forced-All Calls. I checked the Validated box and I verified that the extension is assigned to the validated list under Account Codes. Everything seems to be setup right except the phone is not asking for the account code and dialing straight out. Any ideas on why? Thanks in advance
