mitel 400 multisite

Gents, I´m running into an issue
I have a mitel400 in belgium, with 3 locations in germany, they only have mitel One and phones connected to belgium.
If they dial a number +49176... the notification on the mitelone is correct
however when they dial 0176... the notification on Mitel One is +3217 ( country code of belgium)

How can I solve this issue? First time installing this system in multiple countries

I may not be 100% understanding the issue, is it a display issue on the sets or something else entirely. But on the 400 have you set up country codes under System -> Extended -> Country Codes or Country Settings Under System -> Extended -> Country Settings.
