Mitel 4.0 - EHDU - PRG Issue

Hello. We have a user who reports that they are getting calls on their external hot desk device (iPhone) before they ring on his Mitel IP phone. This only happens occasionally and the user reports that he is not engaged in another call when it occurs. It is intermittent. He further reports that he believes this started happening when he switched from the Droid X to the iPhone. Has anyone encountered this? Thank you

Has the user got a delay ring on his desk phone?

Delay ring timer is set to 10 in COS. Same as my setup and I have not encountered the problem..though I work remotely most often. No delay on multicall appearance of Dn at the station level.

I've had something similar reported at a customer site and after checking the system it turned out that the Mobile number was programmed against more then one number.
