Mitel 3300icp to clearone converg vh20-31

Has any one out there worked with this unit Clearone Converge VH20-31. It requires a sip connection to the mitel and I am unable to get it to work. The Clearone support is telling me I need a third party proxy device????

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first try with a SIP device.

Sip device that do not connect/register to the 3300 is mostly a registration issue with the PIN/Password. Try to setup without PIN.
