Mitel 3300AX PMS setup Issues, ports interface testing

I need to confirm that the ports on 3300AX set up in the PMS configuration for PMS in and out are assigned to the right port numbers?

Using serial connection on PMS server with Precidia Ipocket for translation, any suggestions on the proper protocols to use, configuration of Ipocket for 3300AX?

Than I need to test the communications for PMS control changing room status? In changing room status is voice mail automatically cleared along with wakeup calls?

Have media fire for testing any suggestions? What commands will media fire allow? What type of session can we use?
