Mitel 3300AX analog Message Light Note enabled?

Have 3300 with PMS feature fully integrated, voice mail and pms all working as is smdr. Analog phone however will not notify either by message light or when listening to receiver.
Any help on how to enable this feature would be of great assistance.

For the lamp to work on the 3300 it must be enabled via the ONS Circuit descriptor.

The other would be called descriminating dial tone but I've never used it so I can't help there.
