I have a customer which i have configured with vm to email.
The exact config of calls is
Main Number Auto Attendant - Order Line - (not answered goes to VM) This works fine and the vm are then emailed to the customer services the issue arises that they want to have all customers programmed into the system with there numbers but they also want those numbers displayed within the email currently it only shows the vm ext. i.e.8534 and not the number that dialed. Or even if i programmed there names associated with there number they would really like this solution as they can have up to 100 vm a night.
Any ideas please
They are using 3300 mxe latest software and 4xisdn2 BRI lines just for info
