We have a Teleworker/MBG off a 3300 network which all works fine. I sent one phone off to a remote user, could have swore I programmed it with the TW server ip address but the user is saying he's getting "connection refused" when he plugs it in. What are the usual causes for that?

have you got the password option set or do you have it set up so you have to enter mac address, it sounds like the later and you havnt added the account

I have the installer password set and I took the phone home before shipping it and programmed in the teleworker IP address

But did you allow it to register and come up before you sent it off?

"Connection refused" usually means the phone can't get through the telworker. This is normally becuase its not setup in the MBG.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
