Hello,
Our Mitel 3300 system is clustered with a second office. When we put our phone system on day mode the phone just keeps ringing if nobody answers the main line. It appears the auto attendant does not pick up. When we put our system on night mode the auto attendant picks up and if someone leaves a voicemail the voicemail somehow ends up in our other office. It appears the calls our routed to our second office in night mode.
1. What settings do I need to check so that the auto attendant picks up calls during day mode is line is not answered after 10 rings?
2. When we put our system on night mode and a voicemail is left why is our other office receiving the voicemails?
Can anyone shed some light on these issues? Thank you
