Mitel 3300, data sharing but sds not working?

Hi, We have installed a new site and set up the various network info into both systems.
From network elements the start sharing works but when syncing it works but fails with lots of errors in the logs. Cluster seems to have worked fine but we are not able to complete and SDS sync. It has partially synced (shows the user accounts for logging in as an admin on the new system) but none of the extensions or devices, COS/COR etc.
This (existing) system is v12.0.1.24 and the new one is v13.0.1.28 Is there a step by step route to take as I am sure it is a silly

When it fails, it tells you to check the maintenance logs of both systems.

Have you done so?
