Hi all,

I configured a mitel 3000 system 8 4110 sets,4 co trunks...I put all the extensions in class of service 2 which blocks dialed numbers beginning with the following 2,3,6,7,0,1 (works fine).....How is it possible that I allow numbers starting with 0and 1 dialed from trunk 3 from any of the said phones to go through without being blocked..

please help

Class of service doesn't typically block calls maybe you mean Class of restriction? If you don't want to block 0 and 1 then setup ARS strings for those that use a route that doesn't contain a Class of restriction group that contains COR 2

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
