I have 2 systems I just turned up with Charter PRI's....all my other PRI's are Frontier or CenturyLink. Both systems have an afterhours CRA that go to a mailbox for people to leave a general message. For some reason I'm getting a lot of 2 second messages with just hang up. I'm sure its just people hanging up when they get VM but the call isn't clearing down before the recording starts. Any idea which timer I would need to adjust?
