Mitel 250 Incoming Caller ID

We have had this phone system for a couple years now. The caller ID worked perfectly. All of sudden it stopped working. Our mitel rep and myself were in the system when the caller ID stopped working. We were trying to fix another problem. So I am sure we changed a setting by mistake. Does anyone know what settings I should look at? I already checked the FLAGS and the Caller ID setting is marked as yes.
