Have a Mitel 200AX with PRI 12 channels. A menu option is Press 1 and needs to go to an outside 800#. We have created a phantom number with forward always to a Abbreviated Dial number. It won't go out, yet you can call the phantom from any phone and it will go....just not from the Auto Attendant. What am I missing??????

try this:
form 4 option 21 incoming to outgoing call forward enable
form 3 cos of voicemail ports enable 245 and 318
form 3 of phantom extension enable 208 and 318
form 30 allow 6 to 6, should be a star there assuming your trunk descriptor is T1 E&M
hope I haven't missed anything

The only thing that I can see that pandabear1 did not mention is to check the COR of the Voicemail Ports in Form 9 and make sure that the Ports are not restricted from dialing the destination.
