Mitel 200AX Failed Backup

Can any one tell me why I am unable to do a medium backup on a 200AX controller using Filezilla server. While backing up I get "Error with voicemail backup or restore'on the maintenance screen.

I had the same issue on 5.0.2.12 and had to do a reboot to fix.

ed00926, did you do reboot the system like pandabear1 did? Did it resolve the issue? If not, double check and triple check that your filepath in Filezilla. Alos, make sure your IP settings for your FTP server are correct in the sx200 AX.

good point crich01, I was doing backups so I knew mine was good, as all other backups went well.

Voicemail was busy so I Putty (Raw, Port 2002) into 200ICP, stopped voicemail(iPVM_Stop), started voicemail (iPVM_Start), tried backup again and was successful.
