mitel 200ax 5.0.2.12 dies then reboot works fine for days then dies.

I am working on a mitel 200 ax, version 5.0.2.12. The system started to stop working at random times, system has power. All lites are on the cards, but no anolog phones work and all ip phones go to "no communication". Logs just show system reboot from the customer turning the system off and back on to get it working. I have changed out the power supply with no change. I have also replaced the main control card, which worked for 9 day just fine, and is now doing the same thing again. any help would be nice.
