I have a hotel customer with a AX 200. They use an analog cordless set on night service to answer calls while away from the front desk. When they are on a call and receive a second call they would like to transfer the first call to a room or voice mail then answer the second call. The best I can do is when they receive the flash beep that the second call is coming in they can use the flashhook to put the first call on hold and answer the second call, then use the flashhook to switch between the two calls. I can't find a way of transferring the first call once the call waiting beep goes off if there is a way.
