I recently cut over a 200 ICP PRI from AT&T to ComCast. Now that we are on ComCast the caller ID shows the calling party name and no number (example Smith John instead of 515-XXX-XXXX). Is there anything I can do to ignore the name field and only display the calling number at the console? Or is this just a situation that the console only shows X amount of characters and the name field is eating them all up?
