The guest room phones will ring 1 time only after being checked in or out. There is no call showing in maintenance. If they pickup it has regular dial tone. Any thoughts?
Found the issue. It may be more common. COS option 505 is causing it. Disabling it the ring stops and with check in everything still works. I checked several other systems and they also have 505 enabled.
If COS 505 is enabled on guest phones, the expected behavior is the that system will ring the phones to clear them of any data. This option also activates/deactivates the message waiting lamp and clears the call logs when a guest checks out.
