I have a customer with a 200 ICP AX v5.0.2.3. I have been recently asked to change the inbound call routing. Currently, all the analog trunks are ringing to the attendant console in DAY mode, and to their cordless phone in NIGHT1 and NIGHT2 modes. They would like to add an AA to the end of that sequence with the possibility of either transferring to a guest room or transferring to an off site answering service. I imagine it to go something like this:
Day Mode
Inbound call to Attendant console, forwarded on BNA to cordless phone hunt group, then on BNA forwarded to an AA. At this point, the caller would have the ability to dial a room directly, or press 2 for reservations. The reservations transfer would be external.
Night Mode
Same as above, but skipping the Attendant console ringing.
I know my way around this system fairly well, but I don't deal with it very often. If someone could give me a starting point and a basic outline of requirements, I think I can get this accomplished. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
