I have a SX-200 digital that I would like to overflow the console in day mode to voice mail to handle increased call volume. I have hit the wall any ideas?
You could use the feature Attendant Calls forwarded on No Answer. This routes calls not answer within a certain time to the night one answer point as long as it differs from day service. Enable COS option 107 in the console COS and put in a value in option 118 for the timer. Then program your N1 points in form 14 and 19.
