Hi, I have inherited a project and was hoping that someone might be able to shed some light on my issue. We have created a service that sends dial commands from our software to an SX200 using MiTAI 13. We are running into issues trying to perform the same task on an SX2000.

We are unable to connect to the PBX and receive a 1360 error from the SDK and a 10061 in the MitAIApps error log. We were told that we might have to connect through the APSU as that does speak MiTAI. But, we receive the connection failure on that as well.

Is using the MitAI SDK not possible with this setup?

Unfortunately the ApSu is no longer supported by Mitel.
However if you have one and it is configured on the SX2000 and it has a valid IP address etc. there is no reason why you should not be able to gain control over dialing.
I think your Mitai is too high for the ApSu I think 11 is the correct version that comes to mind.

I was wondering about the version issue also, I found documentation that said it required version 10 or 11 I can't remember either. I was hoping the SDK would be backwards compatible. Guess not...

I think I will probably need to get a hold of them about acquiring an earlier version of the MitAI SDK.

Thanks for the help!
