Misssing Auto Protect Windows Agent

When I try to open up and application file,I get a "Program Not Found" error. It also states that "Windows cannot find obflumrdja.exe" What can I do to re-install this executable file? I also tried using my Windows 98 CD to re-install it on my computer but it cannot find it either.
