Misspelling saves (or loses) someone $1 Billion

Usually we hear about a misspelled word that costs someone money. I guess depending on how you look at this story from Time someone was saved from losing money (or someone lost it if you are rooting for the hackers).

At the very least, misspelled words cost the reputation of the author. I have little respect for folks who don't take the time to 1) hit the spell-check button, and 2) proofread to see that nothing was missed.

Well, sometimes not so easy for foreign folks. Browsers still don't easily support locale language and site language or can't decide which to spellcheck or autocorrect.
